Rental Terms & Conditions

The driver needs to be of the minimum age of 21.

A valid driving licence held for at least one year is required.

One day. The customer will be charged for the whole day of the rental if drop off is delayed.

Deposits for estimated charges are required at the beginning of rental. No deposit is required from credit card holders honored in Damigos Rent a Car.

All authorized drivers of Damigos vehicles are covered against to third parties (excluding passengers in Damigos vehicles) for death, injury or damage to property.

The renters liability for damage to the Damigos vehicle as mentioned above, can be reduced to 500 € by paying an additional daily fee as follows: 9 € for groups A, B, C, and 12 € for groups C1, D, D1, E, L.

(f.e. the carter, gearbox, tyres) caused by careless driving are not covered by any insurance.

Available on request for children up to 3 years old, free of charge.

Car models are according to original planning. Delivery problems however, may compel us to supply another vehicle in exeptional cases.

Early/Night deliveries/collections after working hours (08:00 am - 21:00 pm) are charged 15 €.

All rates are subject to 16% VAT and 2% Municipality Tax must be paid by the renter. (These charges are included in the price)

Gasoline consumption is payable by the renter.

Tickets and attached administrative sanctions resulting from any violation of the Greek Traffic Law during rental period are borne solely by the renter.
